International User Group Meeting

A global community at the forefront of digital preservation

The Preservica annual International User Group meeting is free to attend for all Preservica users and offers a unique and valuable two days of presentations, workshops and discussions. There will be a focus on the Preservica product vision, as well as the opportunity to network and meet other users and the growing Preservica team including our best in class development and software architects who will be on hand to talk through the latest features in Preservica.

The Venue

Worcester College, Oxford

Worcester College is one of the constituent colleges of the University of Oxford. the college was founded in 1714 by the benefaction of Sir Thomas Cookes, a Worcestershire baronet, with the college gaining its name from the county of Worcestershire. Notable Alumni include Rupert Murdoch, television producer and screenwriter Russell T Davies, US Supreme Court justice Elena Kagan, and novelist Richard Adams.

Information and digital preservation professionals from more than 16 countries attend the Global User meeting, heralding from leading universities, colleges, public libraries, museums, state, government and commercial organizations across the globe.

The meeting provides a unique forum to meet and network with peers, share ideas and learn about digital preservation projects from different communities.

The meeting aims to create a perfect blend of opportunities to hear about the latest product vision & innovations along with User project stories, industry focused workshops and plenty of social events, including an exclusive drinks reception and dinner in the college Dining Hall.
