Cloud Support Engineer – SaaS (Boston/Remote, US)

Right now we are looking at a Cloud Engineer or an Application Support with a passion for professional service excellence who wants to build on their Cloud experience and make a real difference to our SaaS delivery.

With a great attention to detail and a passion to maintain standards, you are constantly wanting to stay on the top of your game. A true team player you will enjoy interacting with both senior and junior staff.

The Role

Preservica is an AWS Advanced Technology Partner and a Government and Education Competency Partner, as well as a Microsoft Azure Partner and have achieved the highest levels of accreditation for the security, performance and reliability of our Cloud hosted (SaaS) solution.

Your prime role will be to be part of the team responsible for maintaining these standards across our Cloud based infrastructure and be at the heart of maintaining and supporting our software deployed on AWS and Azure.

The team is small but growing and you will need to be self-motivated, highly organized and able to multitask and prioritize.

Knowledge & Experience:

• 2 Years + experience in 2nd / 3rd line application support

• Experienced in AWS or Azure support / configuration

• Strong Linux administration skills

• Strong troubleshooting skills
