Your Mission

Working in close collaboration and alignment with the direct and partner sales team you will drive rapid customer acquisition, lead generation and pipeline acceleration across target markets in North America.

Skilled in the full marketing mix including ABM you will take the initiative to devise and deliver pragmatic value-led campaigns that engage different buying personas - creating compelling content pieces and using marketing automation tools (like Pardot), data and list build, Linkedin marketing, emails, and events, webinars and prospect briefings to generate high-quality targeted leads.

Multi-tasking across a mix of target markets you will need to be versatile and able to work independently or as a team player with sales, customers, partners, product marketing and market strategy teams. You will also need to be able to persuasively present objectives of campaigns to sales and management to gain buy-in and measure and demonstrate results.

What you bring to the party

· 3-5 years solid B2B Marketing experience – selling to large corporations

· Proven-track record in building and scaling demand gen and account based marketing (ABM) campaigns

· Ability to write concise differentiated copy that articulates value propositions for different personas, markets and solutions for emails, events, speaker submissions and content marketing/lead generation pieces etc.

· Proven ability in creating and running successful event attendance and breakfast briefings – including pre, during and post event follow-up

· Digitally savvy comfortable working with marketing automation tools (especially Pardot), data, XLS, target list build and social media

· Skilled at PPT and in thinking visually to create compelling presentation decks

· Confidence to brief and work with local agencies for marketing support

· Tech-savvy comfortable turning product functions and features into benefits

· An understanding of ECM or EDRMS or Information Management or archiving related software
