Product Marketing Manager - Enterprise SW (Boston, MA)

Your Mission

Working closely with our enterprise sales & pre-sales teams, customers and partners you will take the lead in developing business-led value propositions, pricing strategies, customer collateral, sales enablement tools, standard RFP responses, and input to product requirements and the roadmap.

Ideally from a B2B SaaS enterprise content management or enterprise information archiving background, you will be able to combine strong cloud technical and product depth with a proven ability to create clear and compelling collateral. You will also be able to demonstrate a proven track-record of devising and managing successful product launches and be comfortable “evangelising” and demonstrating new product functions on webinars, conferences, sales trainings and events.


  • Develop compelling value propositions and messaging that differentiate Preservica products and related offerings in target segments
  • Own and develop the product (and related offerings) pricing strategy, competitor analysis, contractual terms and sales pricing tools
  • Create compelling and accurate product collateral that drives business – such as datasheets, brochures, product videos, optimised web pages, white papers & guides, PPTs
  • Create sales and partner enablement tools – such as product function PPTs, FAQs, Competitive “Battle Cards”, Pricing, ROI calculators and standard RFP responses
  • Conduct training on new product capabilities and/or pricing
  • Devise and manage product launch plans, working with marketing programs and other internal teams to ensure success including briefing customers, prospects, Press/PR and Analysts

Knowledge & Experience

  • Min 5 years of enterprise B2B software or enterprise information archiving product marketing experience
  • Proven copywriting, communication and presentation skills - able to create and give clear and compelling value proposition presentations, and develop product collateral
  • Technically adept, not afraid to delve into product detail, do in-depth competitor comparisons, build product demonstrations and create technical datasheets, familiar with AWS and Azure cloud technology and security
  • Good project management skills combined with the ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Knowledge of any of the following software markets advantageous: Enterprise Content Management, Records Management, e-Archiving, e-Discovery and Digital Asset Management
  • Marketing or MBA qualification (an advantage)
