The ‘Be more. Achieve more.’ webinar series invites Archivists, Librarians and Records Managers to share their stories and inspire peers as they bring to life engaging project stories and demonstrate the value they have delivered to their institution utilising out-of-the-box digital preservation software.
In this webinar Rachel Vagts, Head of Special Collections and Archives at Berea College discusses how the team at Berea have used digital preservation along with their collection management software and digital collection exhibit software to create contextual links to their large 100TB+ digital collection, enhancing user experience and accessibility. Rachel also discusses how they approached the transition and migration of content away from their CONTENTdm system and into the safekeeping of Preservica, as well sharing imagery from a newly revamped public access page which is enabling community access to a vast array of collections containing audio-visual materials, documents and images.
