Preservica's goal is to add AI features in a way that makes them easy and intuitive to use, focusing on the value they provide archivists and record managers. We provide in-product tools tips, FAQs and on-demand video training on our online Community Hub. One-to-one training is also available for specific product editions through our Customer training & engagement team.
Environmental sustainability is a core priority for us. Preservica is the only Digital Preservation provider with an independently ratified Sustainability Charter, and the only one that measures and reports its greenhouse gas emissions annually through Small World Consulting.
You can integrate any AI model using Preservica's extensible platform, whether a cloud-service or your own AI, using webhooks. We currently provide webhook topics such as ingest or changes to security tags so you can have AI take action automatically off the back of these topics being triggered. Preservica's AI features only use data you choose to provide to them explicitly.
