Digirati

Founded in 2002, Digirati are a digital consultancy offering a comprehensive range of services that take you through the delivery process from strategy and user experience to integration, engineering, hosting and support. As Preservica partners we provide digital preservation consultancy and integrations.

We work with libraries, archives and museums to present their digitised content on the web using open standards, including full integration with preservation and other archival systems. Working closely with our customers we design and build engaging experiences, from exploring collections at scale to telling stories about a single object.

Our enrichment pipeline adds new content to digital objects through text recognition, image analysis, natural language processing and machine learning techniques. We also offer crowdsourcing platforms and annotation tools that allow people to enrich digital objects, from transcription, tagging and geolocation through to personal recollections and counter narratives.

We can combine these techniques to build a hyperlinked archive that incorporates tools to build and manage digital collections, manage their enrichment, and let people explore them through generous interfaces.
