This best practice session will take a step-by-step look at an exciting new way to simplify and automate the governance and preservation of your long-term Microsoft records.

Preserve365 seamlessly embeds Preservica’s unique Active Digital Preservation archiving technology into the Microsoft 365 experience making it easy to move, copy and quickly retrieve archived records using the SharePoint interface.

In addition, the session will also explore how Preserve365 allows you to use your existing Microsoft retention labels to further automate the governance of your compliance records across the full lifecycle.

We will also discuss how Preserve365 can be used with Microsoft Syntex to classify and preserve long-term records including the migration of records from legacy systems.
