Following on from discussions at the CoSA Conference Affinity group on Agency Transfers, Mike Davis, Solutions Architect at Preservica will explore some of the best practice approaches and tools for enabling secure electronic transfers from within Microsoft 365 SharePoint. This session will include examples of how using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft tools for transfers can be used as a way to engage and involve Agency Records teams and elevate the role of the Archives with State IT Leadership. The session will use polls and surveys to further quantify the electronic records transfer challenge.
