Accelerated Success — a new service for Preservica Enterprise customers

Preservica, is pleased to announce a new consultancy service offering for Enterprise Private Cloud and Enterprise on-Premise users. Accelerated Success is supported by digital preservation experts from Preservica’s customer experience (CX) team and will provide tailored onboarding and proactive, personalized best practice guidance utilizing a range of online tools to connect and collaborate with customers. The overall aim of the service is to help customers accelerate time to value and achieve faster success for their digital archiving and preservation program or projects.

The CX team will provide technical account management and assist customers on projects ranging from creating archival structure to metadata best practice and designing preservation & storage policies. The team will support and work with customers on projects remotely and across multiple time zones.

For customers operating at scale the team will help define the ingest process and ensure large volumes of content can be quickly and safely uploaded into Preservica. Additional benefits include personalized technical support, bespoke onboarding, closer alignment with Preservica’s partner network and the opportunity to discuss and share new feature ideas with the product team.
